Job Context:

§ Job Location: Baridhara, Dhaka-1212.

Job Responsibilities:

§ Communicate with all projects customers and our project representative

§ Daily Project visit as per plan and Supervision in Several Location to ensure quality services   

§ Recruitment/ Hire as per needs of project

§ Chemicals Supplies to all project

§ Training/Briefing project wise

§ Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.

§ Communicate with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.

§ Ensure that the project policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.

§ Act as a communication channel between management and staff.

§ Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.

§ Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.

§ Assist the Manager to maintain the asset & attendance register.

§ Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.

§ Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.

§ Ensure that all staff wears all appropriate Uniforms.

§ Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc.

§ Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.

§ Work with members of other teams as required.

§ Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed.

§ Report damaged equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown.

§ Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.

§ Monitor standards of work performed by Project Representative.

§ Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work).

§ Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence

§ New project/business opening

§ Managing talent sourcing activities to ensure enough resource & quality employees.

§ Submit New Employee file, Customer Feedback, Project Visit Report, Material Requisition, Attendance Sheet, and any Others Document.

§ Other duties as assigned.

Employment Status:

§ Full-time

Educational Requirements:

§ H.S.C/ Graduation

§ Preferred Professional Certification: Housekeeping & Facilities

Experience Requirements:

§ At least 3 to 5 year(s)

§ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s):
Housekeeping and other Hospitality service

§ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Service Industry, Hotel, Or same industry  

Additional Requirements:

§ Age 25 to 40 years

§ Able to work under pressure and independently.

§ Strong interpersonal & communication skill.

§ Both males and females are allowed to apply

§ Applicant must have excellent knowledge to prepare various official documents both in English and Bengali.

Salary:

§ 15K – 20K
